Bringing out the "Deep Waters" Within Us

Over the Christmas Season, reflecting on how God created you and I is so important as leaders. One of the wisest dudes around said, "The purposes of a person's heart are deep waters, but one who has insight draws them out." Proverbs 20:5.

In other words, asking GREAT questions helps you and I to become more intentional in self-awareness and personal growth. Asking GREAT questions help us to bring out the "deep waters" in our hearts.
