Bringing out the "Deep Waters" Within Us

Over the Christmas Season, reflecting on how God created you and I is so important as leaders. One of the wisest dudes around said, "The purposes of a person's heart are deep waters, but one who has insight draws them out." Proverbs 20:5.

In other words, asking GREAT questions helps you and I to become more intentional in self-awareness and personal growth. Asking GREAT questions help us to bring out the "deep waters" in our hearts.

People spend hundreds of dollars on leadership coaching and seminars to bring out the "deep waters" within us. However, in our secret place with God and asking some great questions, we can grow in our leadership ability and capacity... for free (You can thank me later).
