What is the DUCO Leadership Mentoring Network?

Since 2016, the DUCO Leadership Mentoring Network has mentored over 40 young pastors, executives, key lay leaders, and professionals. DUCO is a 12-month personalized intentional mentoring journey to empower ministerial leaders go further faster in their calling, competency, team chemistry, and ministerial confidence.

This would include: 

·      10 interactive training sessions with seasoned ministerial leaders and pastors across Canada,

·      An annual intentional + personal mentorship plan,

·      Once-a-month personalized leadership coaching session towards your DUCO mentorship plan,

·      Options for undergraduate credits, and

·      Training for practical ministry and job placement.

Who is the DUCO Leadership Mentoring Network for? 

The DUCO Leadership Mentoring Network is designed for executives, key lay leaders and professionals who are in ministry and/or a organizations – either paid, volunteer, rural, or urban – throughout Canada.

Requirements

·      Each mentee has a longing to grow and develop their calling in their local context,

·      Each mentee is able to commit to a 10-month journey (including a 2-month DUCO leadership project),

·      Each mentee is able to invest in their mentorship journey.*

When does the DUCO Leadership Mentoring Network Start?

You can jump into the process at any time. The mentoring journey is personalized to your calling, ministerial context, and needs.

How much time is required for this journey?  
The DUCO Leadership Mentoring Network asks for 1-2 hours of contextualized work/week as a come-alongside-you resource. This will include a once-a-month video calls, on-site mentoring, implementing your intentional mentorship plan, and once-a-month training session with DUCO. You will be asked to do some pre and post-work from the once-a-month training sessions based on your mentorship plan towards your ministry.  For more details, please contact Andy Gabruch.

What are the specifics needed to do the video conference calls?  
The DUCO Leadership Mentoring Network uses Office 365 Teams and ZOOM.

What happens if I miss a session?  
No worries! Each session will be recorded and sent for you to address. There would also be follow-up questions from the video recorded and put on the DUCO Leadership Mentoring Network hub on Office 365 Teams.

What does the costs include?  
The costs includes all seasons, resources, training, and the DUCO intentional mentorship journey.
