Based on the diverse needs and yet shared vision and mission for local churches to thrive, DUCO is introducing local church mentoring hubs —a group of facilitated conversations and relational mentoring around a shared resource.
Each Hub will be facilitated with Dr. Andy Gabruch, live online anytime + anywhere, and accessible to your various local church teams to be applied.

MENTORING HUB ONE (Live on January 7, 14, 21, 2026): Shepherding Congregations Through Transformational Change.
MENTORING HUB TWO (Live on February 4, 11, 18, 2026): Redeeming Congregational Conflict.
MENTORING HUB THREE (Live on March 11, 18, 25, 2026): Local Church Governance that Works.
MENTORING HUB FOUR (Live on April 15, 22, 29, 2026): Modern-Day Pastoral Resiliency Towards Congregational Transformation.
MENTORING HUB FIVE (Live on May 6, 13, 20, 2026): Building Modern-Day Ministry Teams that Thrive (not just survive in ministry).
1 - 60-minute contextualized coaching session towards action steps with Dr. Andy Gabruch.
Ongoing relational resourcing towards your local church needs (if applicable).
Includes recording features of all materials, conversations, and various contextualized next steps.

Each Mentoring Hub costs $175.00/track.
Please note there is a limited number of spots available per mentoring hub (to be consistent with the collaborative + relational nature of the shared resources + material).
