Breakout Session: Mentoring towards Leadership Development of Younger Generations

This session is a focus on next generation is not just a programmic ministry for children, youth, young adults, and their families but a unique window of opportunity towards church revitalization, community engagement, and ministry effectiveness in 21st Century Canadian secular culture. These sessions will include how to reach, lead, and disciple young and to develop resilient and effective disciple-making and leadership development in the context of ministry through mentoring. Mentoring has been the single-handed thread, in multiple organizations, ministry, and businesses where hands-on learning and theological training orchestrate effective ongoing ministry. These sessions will be hosted by proven and specialized presenters in real-life ministry throughout our PAOC family. These sessions will inspire, encourage, and challenge you towards the future of our churches and ministries for today, and offer specialized resources for you and your ministry context.
